Creating New Exercise #part 1

Go to menu  Exercises & Tactics  and click  New Exercise  in top right corner, you will be greeted with next window.

1 - Checkbox to share this exercise with ALL subscribed users.

2 - Name of the exercise.

3 - Recommended duration of the exercise, usually number of minutes for exercise.


4 - Category to which belongs the exercise. Displays new window.

 VERY IMPORTANT  When you select a category make sure you are selecting under the right Category Group, each of them has its own properties and tools.
1 - Exercises & activities.
               Contains ALL(46) the icons to create the animation.
               Can be used when creating new  Training Sessions. 
2 - Match Tactics.
               Contains REDUCED(32) number of icons for animation.
               Can be used when creating new  Training Sessions. 
               Can be used when creating new  Match Tactic  in
                              Match Stats & Reports ->/any match/->Match Tactics.
3 - Set Pieces & Re-starts.
               Contains REDUCED(32) number of icons for animation.
               Can be used when creating new  Training Sessions. 
               Can be used when creating new  Match Tactic  in
                              Match Stats & Reports ->/any match/->Match Tactics.

5 - Difficulty (of the exercise).

6 - Recommended Age (of the players for this exercise)

7 - Recommended Participants (number of players required for the exercise)


8 - Description (small text that will appear when viewing all the exercises)


9 - Objectives (detailed explanation on how to execute the exercise). For example:

EXTENDED DESCRIPTION
• each team defends and attacks two cone goals
• each team consists of 2 pairs and play 4v4 (2 pairs waiting on the side line)
• teams score by dribbling through opponents cone goal
• after 5 minutes pairs are reshuffled and again play 4v4
• play multiple rounds
• each pair earns 3 points for a win and 1 point for a tie
• pair with best record wins

VARIATION
• three touch minimum for players
• teams score by passing through either cone goal of the opponent
• play with reg. goals and goalies
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary

COACHING POINTS
